sound sculpture and performance by Junya Fujita and Sophia Leitenmayer create a space in the Golden Pudel Club where the audience's hearing can be sharpened through their subtle sound work, which lies on the completely different side of the club's acoustics. As a starting point, this is an "untouchable" public space and invisible archive in the public space between the Elbe and St Pauli. They use 12 microphones as instruments, place them around the outer edges of the Golden Pudel Club and play back the sound material live through the Pudel sound system in the room. The installation has a strong documentary character, but the sound interventions give it a slight musical dimension and it will be enhanced by a sound performance by the duo "fngr fuia". The audience experiences a sonic transformation that moves precisely between these two extremes.
